Finally somebody has done it right 💰💣

If you have ever wondered what it would look like if somebody with a big following decided to migrate their userbase over to Hive, then you are in for a treat today.

Maybe you have already heard of Jeff Berwick and https://dollarvigilante.com/. You can love or hate the guy, but he uses Hive and is pushing others to do the same. What is not to like about that, unless you disagree with some of his opinions maybe.

Today's video isn't about who is right and who is wrong. I want to focus on what I learned in this post from @dollarvigilante that I found yesterday.

It looks as though there has been some slight rebranding and https://vigilante.tv/ has officially launched. This is a new video platform that is filled with loads of content creators who push for the truth and were banned from regular social media for being too controversial.

This already sounds cool, but it gets better. Vigilante.tv has decided to fully integrate Hive. Videos will earn rewards and comments can be upvoted to do the same. This was made possible thanks to @agorise and Hive-Tube, more info about that here.

You can easily log in with @keychain or @hivesigner. There is even a link to create a Hive account on https://signup.hive.io/. Hive is one of the main focuses of Vigilante.tv.

If you are wondering how rewards work, let me explain. All videos are posted by the account @tdvtv and then beneficiary rewards are given to the original authors of the video. If you do not create a Hive account, you forfeit your rewards. Here is a visual example:

This 10% seems fair to me, although at first I was worried that all of the rewards were going to @dollarvigilante. This is going to encourage all of these people posting videos to create a Hive account and start using it so that they don't miss out on their rewards.

There is a bit of concern over the fact that @tdvtv has to post so much due to how all of this is set up. As of right now, they barely have over 100 Hive Power. I feel like at some point, once Vigilante.tv/Hive sees more growth, they are going to need to power up a lot more to have enough resource credits to be able to post loads of videos every single day. I think it can work and hopefully, this will encourage them and others to power up their rewards.

Then on top of all of this, there is an HBO Max docu-series releasing this weekend called The Anarchists. It will feature Jeff Berwick among others and has the potential to be the next big thing going around social media due to the topic and its relation to the current world tensions. That means a lot of people are going to be looking up Jeff Berwick soon and they could potentially land on Vigilante.tv, which could mean they will end up joining Hive.
