Hello music lovers,
It's a great week on hiveopenmic week 159.

The theme for this week is GOOD FRIEND with our spotlight artist @jesus-son.

This week I will be doing a cover of a song titled "MY FRIEND" by Johnny Drille.

This song means a lot to me because it talks about being a dependable friend which is one of the characteristics of a good friend. I don't keep friends but the ones I have I make sure am always there for them.

Most times we don't need to go into friendship because of our interests or gain.

Friendship is sacrifice.

A good friend will sacrifice his or her time, money energy, knowledge, wisdom, and many more.

I could remember some of my childhood friends. When we were small we do things together.Most times when one of us did something wrong, instead of leaving the person to face the punishment we will all take the blame and continue. Though many of my childhood friends are very far away from me, but the good times and bad times we spent together keep ringing in my memory.
There is no way there won't be misunderstanding but we have put ways of settling it without exposing ourselves for people to see.

Many friends can't manage one another when there is a misunderstanding.

When I got to school I begin to see how friends embarrass each other because of a little misunderstanding and they began to expose the secret they share during their good times.
Anyways such is life.

The lessons I've learned and seen from friendship have made me have just a few friends and I always expect everything from them because once I begin to think a friend can't do this or that to me, by the time I discovered that what I thought they can't do is exactly what they are doing I will get hurt and feel disappointed.

El tema de esta semana es GOOD FRIEND con nuestro artista destacado @jesus-son.

Esta semana voy a hacer un cover de una canción titulada "MY FRIEND" de Johnny Drille.

Esta canción significa mucho para mí porque habla de ser un amigo confiable que es una de las características de un buen amigo. No tengo muchos amigos, pero me aseguro de estar siempre a su lado.

La mayoria de las veces no necesitamos entrar en amistad por nuestros intereses o ganancia.

La amistad es sacrificio.

Un buen amigo sacrificará su tiempo, su dinero, su energía, sus conocimientos, su sabiduría y muchas cosas más.

Puedo recordar a algunos de mis amigos de la infancia. Cuando éramos pequeños hacíamos cosas juntos. La mayoría de las veces, cuando uno de nosotros hacía algo mal, en lugar de dejar que la persona se enfrentara al castigo, todos asumíamos la culpa y continuábamos. Aunque muchos de mis amigos de la infancia están muy lejos de mí, los buenos y malos momentos que pasamos juntos siguen resonando en mi memoria.
Es imposible que no haya malentendidos, pero hemos encontrado la manera de resolverlos sin exponernos a que nos vean.

Muchos amigos no saben manejarse cuando hay un malentendido.

Cuando llegué a la escuela empecé a ver cómo los amigos se avergonzaban unos a otros por un pequeño malentendido y empezaron a exponer el secreto que compartían durante sus buenos momentos.
En fin, así es la vida.

Las lecciones que he aprendido y visto de la amistad han hecho que sólo tenga unos pocos amigos y que siempre espere todo de ellos porque una vez que empiezo a pensar que un amigo no puede hacerme esto o aquello, en el momento en que descubro que lo que pensaba que no pueden hacer es exactamente lo que están haciendo me sentiré herido y decepcionado.
