After more than 2 years I bring you this video as part of the contest from @theycallmedan where I express without sarcasm what Steem has meant in my life.

I'll get straight to the point by mentioning the most salient points

• Economic
  Steem came at the most difficult time of my life financially. It was an abrupt change because I was earning very well. My accessories brand was expanding internationally. I was eating every day on the street. I was renting cars, and money didn't mean anything. I even bought feminine hygiene supplies and gave them away to my friends or acquaintances at a time when they were in short supply in Venezuela.

After a few moments and in a very abrupt way everything changed. Out of 9 employees I had, I was left alone producing to the point that I had to dedicate myself to something else. At that moment I started to look for a way to earn money digitally.
Some time passed while I was eating my savings instead of eating well. Losing 10 kilos and making me not want to take pictures because I looked so skinny and emaciated. I met Steem and everything changed so fast that I didn't believe it.

• He connected me with my passion
  My greatest passion is public speaking. To be on a stage transmitting my ideas, I love it. In less than 3 months on the platform I was already giving talks at meetups, explaining everything about Steem. As if it took years, I knew this world well enough to teach those who were entering.

• He connected me with photography
  Another of my passions, photography; which I had abandoned long ago, I took it up again thanks to the many competitions and challenges that were always there at Steemit.

• Development of creativity
  Something great that I began to experience is how in Steem you begin to see everything that happens in your life as a possible post. You become a real content generator, where in every moment you see an opportunity to tell a story with your words and images.

• Community
  The first thing I did at Steem was create community. Without a clear objective, without an economic purpose, I felt the need to travel this experience in this social network together with the people. That motivation to build teams is in my blood and Steem gave me the excuse and the perfect tool to do it. That's why I'm anxious for "Communities" to appear on Steem.

For me those have been the most outstanding points that I tell you in the video, besides that even Steem paid me trips to take his word hahaha...

Saludos steemians. Ya lo contaba en esta carta abierta: Te Odio Steemit cómo te puede cambiar la vida.

Después de más de 2 años te traigo este video como parte del concurso de @theycallmedan donde expreso sin sarcasmos lo que ha significado Steem en mi vida.

Iré directo al grano mencionando los puntos más resaltantes

• Económico
  Steem llegó en el momento más difícil de mi vida a nivel económico. Fue un cambio brusco porque yo estuve ganando muy bien. Mi marca de accesorios expandiéndose a nivel internacional. Comía todos los días en la calle. Alquilaba autos y el dinero no significaba preocupación alguna. Incluso compraba insumos para la higiene personal femenina y los regalaba a mis amigas o conocidas en una época que escaseaban mucho en Venezuela.

Después de un momento a otro y de forma muy brusca todo cambió. De 9 empleados que tenía me quedé yo solo produciendo hasta el punto que tuve que dedicarme a otra cosa. En ese momento comienzo a buscar ganar dinero de forma digital.
Pasó algún tiempo mientras me comía los ahorros en vez de alimentarme bien. Bajando 10 kilos y haciendo que no quisiera tomarme fotos por verme tan flaco y demacrado. Conocí a Steem y todo cambió tan rápido que no lo creía.

• Me conectó con mi pasión
  Mi mayor pasíon es hablar en público. Estar en un escenario trasmitiendo mis ideas lo amo. En menos de 3 meses en la plataforma ya estaba dando charlas en meetups, explicando todo sobre Steem. Como si llevara años, me conocía este mundo lo suficiente para enseñar a los que estaban entrando.

• Me conectó con la fotografía
  Otras de mis pasiones, la fotografía; que había abandonado hace mucho, la retomé gracias a los numerosos concursos y retos que siempre había en Steemit.

• Desarrollo de la creatividad
  Algo genial que comencé a experimentar es como en Steem se empieza a ver todo lo que ocurre en tu vida como un posible post. Te conviertes en un verdadero generador de contenidos, donde en cada instante ves una oportunidad de narrar una historia con tus palabras e imágenes.

• Comunidad
  Lo primero que hice en Steem fue crear comunidad. Sin un objetivo claro, sin un propósito económico, sentí la necesidad de transitar este experiemento en esta red social junto a la gente. Llevo en la sangre esa motivación por armar equipos y Steem me dio la excusa y la herramienta perfecta para hacerlo. Por eso estoy ansioso que salga "Comunidades" en Steem.

Para mí esos han sido los puntos más resaltantes que te cuento en el video, además que incluso Steem me pago viajes para llevar su palabra jajajaja...
