As I had some time without practicing dynamics I felt a little heavy, and I have lost agility, and there are some tricks that do not come out the first time, I am already working to recover and be better in the freestyle, in fact already with this training and I took a big step, because I could do seven 360° in a row, which I had not managed to do before. Also after doing the dynamic ones I wanted to do some static ones, so as not to lose the habit and be a complete athlete.
