Hola a todos los integrantes de Full Deportes, hoy me atreví hacer este video de entrenamiento en casa, enfocados en endurecer las piernas, glúteos y pantorrilla. Inicie esta rutina con la intención de mantener la constancia y a traves de videos inspirarme un poco mas e ir dejando constancia. Cuatro ejercicios en series de 10 para iniciar la semana, lo intento e iré perfeccionando cada movimiento de acuerdo a la practica continua. Hello to all the members of Full Deportes, today I dared to make this video training at home, focused on hardening the legs, buttocks and calf. I started this routine with the intention of maintaining consistency and through videos inspire me a little more and go leaving constancy.
