I hope everyone is feeling great, I've been busy for a few days but the most important thing is to resume and be consistent doing what we like, the truth to me I love to be able to share with you information, as is my training methodology, today we will talk about my Pre-Workout talking about the subject of training and soon I will talk to you about the subject of food and nutrition.
My Pre-Workout before training or practicing sports, I focus a lot on what is to prepare joints, muscles and avoid any injury by training, the most movement are known as dynamic stretching, in previous post I have already talked about this, about it is very important that the joints are lubricated and prepared for training, in addition to a small muscle activation!
Siempre por protocolo realizo un estiramiento o calentamiento en general, la duración de mi calentamiento o Pre-Workout duran entre 15min a 20min.
I always perform a stretching or warm-up in general, the duration of my warm-up or Pre-Workout lasts between 15min to 20min.
-Cuello.
-Columna Cervical.
-Neck.
-Cervical Spine.
-Hombros.
-Dorsales.
-Dorsal Lumbar.
-Shoulders.
-Dorsal.
-Lumbar Dorsal.
-Codos.
-Bíceps.
-Triceps.
-Elbows.
-Biceps.
-Triceps.
-Antebrazos.

-Wrists.
-Fingers.
Every athlete-athlete has a preparation before each workout depending on the stimulus they have, today I shared with you how is my Pre-Workout, I plan to share with you my day of just mobility training which is fundamental to improve flexibility and range of motion in some exercises, we must take into account that for any beginner if you do not perform an exercise to perfection, practice your flexibility and mobility which is of utmost importance for your progress!
