😄Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, en el día de hoy vengo a mostrarles una rutina muy buena para trabajar muy bien nuestro front lever. Y será solo para niveles intermedios-avanzados, ya que usaremos ejercicios muy buenos para estallar como es debido 🔥💪.

Esta rutina será compuesta por tan solo 5 ejercicios, pero algunos los estaremos realizando de una forma combinada. Es decir 2 o 3 ejercicios sin ningún descanso, solo los haremos sin parar y así poder obtener un mejor desarrollo en los músculos implicados en el front lever. 🔥💪📈

This routine will be composed of only 5 exercises, but some of them will be performed in a combined way. That is to say 2 or 3 exercises without any rest, we will only do them without stopping and thus be able to obtain a better development in the muscles involved in the front lever. 🔥💪📈

Aguantes En Half De Front Lever. 8 a 10 Segs/2 a 3 Series.

Half Front Lever Holding. 8 to 10 Secs/2 to 3 Sets.

Pull-Ups En Remos + Quiebres De Remos + Aguantes En Tuck Advance. 5+5 Reps + 5 Segs/ 2 a 3 Series.

Pull-Ups On Oars + Oar Push-Ups + Tuck Advance Holds. 5+5 Reps + 5 Secs/ 2 to 3 Sets.

Pull-Ups En Tuck Advance + Aguantes. 5 Reps + 5 Segs/ 2 a 3 Series.

Tuck Advance Touch + Aguantes. 5 Segs C/U /2 a 3 Series.

Dominadas Neutras. 10 Reps/2 a 3 Series.

Neutral Pulldowns. 10 Reps/2 to 3 Sets.
