    Feliz inicio de semana amigos, espero se encuentren super bien, yo arranqué mi semana con todo, al 100% para entrenar fuerte esta semana e ir aumentando la exigencia en mis entrenamientos, se vienen las clases del niño y hay que tener energías para todo 😂 los que son padres, saben a lo que me refiero, en esta oportunidad les dejo una rutina Explosiva con ambas opciones, básico para principiantes y para los más avanzados y así, si no tienes una rutina, esta puede ser tu opción y la consigues aquí en @fulldeportes 💪

    Happy start of the week friends, I hope you are super well, I started my week with everything, 100% to train hard this week and go increasing the demand in my workouts, the child's classes are coming and you have to have energy for everything 😂 those who are parents, know what I mean, this time I leave you an Explosive routine with both options, basic for beginners and for the most advanced and so, if you do not have a routine, this can be your option and you get it here in @fulldeportes 💪


    Son 5 ejercicios en total, donde haremos las repeticiones en ascenso, es decir, iniciamos en 5 repeticiones de cada ejercicio y vamos subiendo de 5 en 5 y quedaría así, 5-10-15-20-25 son 5 rondas en total con aumento de repeticiones en cada ejercicio y luego de terminar cada ronda, puedes tomarte unos 45 segundos para recuperar y volver a darle hasta completar las 5 rondas completas, esta rutina está muy completa, porque trabajas, tren Superior, Tren Inferior y el core, independientemente del nivel que elijas para realizarla va ser exigente y explosiva como dice el titulo, algo bien importante que te recomiendo, no dependas de tus ganas para entrenar, depende de tu disciplina, las ganas no siempre estarán pero la disciplina jamás falla 🤟
