    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes, espero que esten activos con sus ejercicios, ya que la constancia es la que realmente nos acerca a los resultados que queremos lograr, para aquellos que aún no comienzan con sus ejercicios, pero quieren hacerlo, no hay problema algun, yo les comparto esta rutina básica, en la que trabajamos un poco de cardio y algunos ejercicios básicos, donde sólo necesitamos una silla o banco para poder realizarlos y como es una rutina básica, les dejo ambas opciones, Nivel 1 o 2 tu decides cuál de los 2 hacer 💪🔥

    Con respecto a las repeticiones, es donde empieza lo bueno, porque siempre recomiendo ir al ritmo personal, pero la exigencia de la rutina irá aumentando, todos los ejercicios los vamos a realizar siguiendo estas repeticiones 🔥 10-20-30-40-30-20-10 💪 de esta manera podemos trabajar con estos ejercicios básicos, pero con las repeticiones en forma de pirámide vamos a elevar la intensidad al máximo, luego vamos bajando, siempre tomando el tiempo para descansar entre las rondas y poder completarlas que es lo que realmente importa, así que manos a la obrea y me cuentas que te parece esta rutina💪🔥
