    Hola Guerreros de @fulldeportes espero que se encuentren muy bien, yo super activo por acá entrenando, increíblemente vamos por el día 128 del Reto de los Burpees, que pronto les subo el próximo resumen, pero en esta ocasión quise compartirles esta rutina que fue brutal, donde trabajamos full intensidad y resistencia con unas 10 Rondas infernales 💪🔥

    Hello Warriors of @fulldeportes I hope you are very well, I super active over here training, incredibly we are going for day 128 of the Burpees Challenge, which soon I will upload the next summary, but this time I wanted to share with you this routine that was brutal, where we worked full intensity and resistance with a hellish 10 Rounds 💪🔥.


    Son 4 Movimientos a realizar en esta rutina, empezamos con 50 Double Under, si no lo dominas aún puedes hacer 100 saltos normales y si no tienes cuerda, no te preocupes, haz 100 saltos de tijera, la clave es saltar, luego de estos saltos, hacemos 5 Burpees (Mis favoritos) pero estos burpees van con un agregado, que es un pequeño salto de lado y pasamos al siguiente que son 10 Zancadas con saltos, de manera explosiva para el tren inferior y cerramos con 15 Salto a Rana, que se ve más fácil de lo que es, pero es un movimiento brutal, que vas a sentir en los hombros y abdomen, al terminar todo esto haces 1 Ronda, luego puedes descansar 1 minuto y repites 10 Rondas en TOTAL, es BRUTAL lo que se suda con esta rutina, pero al lograrlo, la sensación es genial, lo lograste, cuentame si logras hacerla, no importa cuanto tardes, la clave es terminarla 💪
