Demostración de juego de pelota prehispánico [Es/En]

Hello, friends of #threeshort. Today, I'm sharing with you a demonstration of a pre-Hispanic ball game that I had the pleasure of attending a couple of weeks ago, on the occasion of the spring celebration. This is a game with a lot of history, as the ancient civilizations that inhabited what is now known as Mexico used to practice it both recreationally and ceremonially. This is the first time I've attended a demonstration of this kind, and I was truly enchanted.

I must admit that at first, I didn't understand anything that was going on. I had a vague, but very vague idea of what the ball game was, so I thought it was just about passing the ball through the hoop, like a type of basketball. However, after an explanation, I found out that this happened very rarely in real games, and that it was normal for the ball to simply be carried from one side to the other, and points were scored when a team allowed the ball to cross over to their side of the field without being able to return it to the opposing team.
