Esquivando el sedentarismo

El fútbol es uno de los deportes más populares en Venezuela. Tiene varias modalidades y la más practicada en los barrios es el futbolito.

En los años 90 el fútsal, una modalidad más de competencia tomó un gran repunte y se convirtió desde entonces en uno de los más practicados en el país.

Ahora mismo estoy en la cancha Bella Vista, ubicada en Barquisimeto Venezuela. Vine a practicar un rato, tengo un compromiso con conmigo mismo, esquivar la vida sedentaria y buscar ser más saludable en el tiempo.

He estado invitando a los Hivers de Barquisimeto, pronto les mostraremos nuestro equipo de fútbol.

In the 90's futsal, a more competitive modality, took off and became one of the most practiced sports in the country.

Right now I am at the Bella Vista field, located in Barquisimeto Venezuela. I came to practice for a while, I have a commitment with myself, to avoid sedentary life and seek to be healthier in time.
