Today I am happy because I recognize my great emotional strength.

And I have realized that this has positively influenced my health, I don’t even have allergies anymore.

Allergies have been shown to be a lack of control of the immune system and are also known to weaken with nonpositive moods.

So, if one plus one equals two... that I’m allergy-free has to mean that my emotionality is healthy

Hoy estoy feliz porque reconozco mi gran fortaleza emocional.

Y es que me he dado cuenta que eso ha influido positivamente en mi salud, ya ni siquiera tengo alergias.

Se ha demostrado que las alergias son un descontrol del sistema inmunológico y también se sabe que este se debilita con los estados de ánimo no positivos.

Así que, si uno más uno, es igual a dos... que yo esté sin alergias tieneque significar que mi emocionalidad está saludable
