ASI RECIBIMOS LA NAVIDAD EN GYM PARK.🎅🏻🎄✨🌠./THIS IS HOW WE WELCOMED CHRISTMAS AT GYM PARK.🎅🏻🎄

Hola hermosa comunidad espero se encuentren todo bien, activos, felices, en prosperidad bajo la gracia de Dios. Hoy les quiero compartir como fue la apertura de la Navidad en Gym Park, como ya les eh contado estoy entrenando en las tardes para mejorar mi salud y bajar de peso. Después del entrenamiento nuestro entrenador nos regaló la sorpresa de el escendido de luces en este hermoso lugar donde bailamos, reímos, apareció santa encima del techo con su mochila lo cual nos pareció muy gracioso jajajajajaja, con la dueña de dicho lugar estuvimos en el compartir con galletas, refresco, y diferentes pasapalos.

Les cuento que son experiencias maravillosas las que vivo cada día que voy a Gym Park ya que me siento muy activa, nuestro entrenador nos motiva a que si se puede lograr tener resistencia física para así poder trabajar el cuerpo y llegar a las metas que queremos en cuanto a moldear nuestro cuerpo y bajar de peso.

De igual manera mejoramos en cuanto a nuestra salud, podemos respirar mejor, hacemos caminatas más largas, nos cansamos menos, el entrenamiento se nos hace muy placentero y cuando estamos allí en ese lugar nos olvidamos de todas nuestras preocupaciones y nos regalamos esa hora de cariño amor hacia nosotros mismo, cuerpo, mente y espíritu. Yo les recomiendo a todas las personas hacer alguna actividad que les guste ya que lo importante es que se sientan bien con lo que decidan hacer, yo en mi caso estoy muy motivada con mente positiva, con muchas ganas de seguir trabajando, de hacer cosas nuevas y no desmayar.💪🏼✨

Aunque sabemos que nuestro país está pasando por una situación económica difícil en Gym Park buscamos la manera se sentirnos bien, de salir adelante con lo poco o mucho que tengamos tratamos de sentirnos felices y agradecidos con Dios ya que en esta época de navidad celebramos el nacimiento de Jesucristo y personalmente me encanta esta época de reconciliación, amor, cantos, alegrías, regalos, esperanzas, y mucha fe de que el padre, hijo y espíritu santo no nos abandona.

Quise compartir todo esto tan bonito con ustedes espero les guste, seguiré mostrándoles más contenido tan buenos como este y mejores. Bendiciones para todos como siempre deseándoles que tengan éxito y prosperidad en sus vidas. Nos vemos en un próximo post.✨😘

Hello beautiful community I hope you are all well, active, happy, in prosperity under the grace of God. Today I want to share with you how was the opening of Christmas in Gym Park, as I have already told you I am training in the afternoons to improve my health and lose weight. After the training our trainer gave us the surprise of the lights in this beautiful place where we danced, laughed, Santa appeared on the roof with his backpack which we found very funny hahahahahahaha, with the owner of the place we were in the sharing with cookies, soda, and different snacks.

Our trainer motivates us that it is possible to achieve physical endurance so we can work our body and reach the goals we want to achieve in terms of shaping our body and losing weight.

In the same way we improve our health, we can breathe better, we take longer walks, we get less tired, the training is very pleasant and when we are there in that place we forget all our worries and we give ourselves that hour of love and affection towards ourselves, body, mind and spirit. I recommend to all people to do some activity that they like because the important thing is that they feel good about what they decide to do, in my case I am very motivated with a positive mind, eager to continue working, to do new things and not to faint💪🏼😘.

Although we know that our country is going through a difficult economic situation in Gym Park we look for ways to feel good, to get ahead with the little or much we have, we try to feel happy and grateful to God because this Christmas season we celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and personally I love this time of reconciliation, love, songs, joy, gifts, hopes, and much faith that the father, son and holy spirit does not abandon us.
