Seriously. You're busy. Take some time to catch a breath. Listen to these birds. All these birds. All these birds that are in an urban environment.

Do you ever take any time to listen to the sounds around you? Not those that you need to listen for, like the kettle boiling, or the child yelling for help, but the sounds of everything else around you.

We can close our eyes and choose not to look. We cannot close our ears and choose not to hear. Even when we're sleeping we're listening; yet, have you really stopped to listen?

Take a moment. Listen to these birds. Do nothing else. Listen to these birds, and then proceed with your day.
