Hive Music Festival - Week 46 / Ronda N°1 | La Sunamita - Montesanto [ESP/ENG]

Pasan los días y dejar de hacer música no es algo que este en mis planes, al menos no por ahora.

Hoy con todas las ganas me uno al festival de música y digo presente en la 1ra ronda de ésta edición.

Les saludo desde mi rinconcito musical y envío sinceros deseos de paz y felicidad a sus días.

Andar cantando siempre y casi todo el día es un hábito natural en mi, mientras, me adapto nuevamente al ritmo y retomo la rutina compartir contenido con ustedes y aunque poco a poco me mantengo ensayando nuevos temas y canciones que interpretar.

Éstas semanas estuvieron llenas de arduo trabajo y quehaceres por cumplir, pues les cuento brevemente que anduve de campamento junto a los chicos de mi iglesia, sin internet ni señal disponible pero con muy buena compañía, hasta hace 3días retorné casa, ya luego les estaré contando un poco sobre cómo me fue.

Por ahora me he visto en la necesidad de hacer algunos cambios de horarios y ajustes positivos.

Haciendo énfasis en la hora de grabación, acá en la ciudad la temperatura ha subido bastante haciendo del calor algo intolerable, por ahí leí hace unos días que es debido a una ola de calor que ha llegado de visita. Créanme cuando les digo que no me gustan mucho las visitas, y menos de este tipo hahahaha.

Por estas razones, se me ha hecho tedioso aprovechar la luz natural al grabar durante el día, ha sido todo un infierno caluroso.

No sé si les pasa que el calor les fatiga, pues, a mí sí y no sólo eso.

Desde siempre he tenido cierta sensibilidad visual al exceso de luz, tanto así que recuerdo con poco gusto una anécdota que me ocurrió el año pasado durante un concierto junto al coro Juvenil de la ciudad.

Como siempre, solía ser normal que hubiesen personas grabando y sacando fotos del evento, y como es de esperarse, a cada segundo podíamos percibir el destello incandescente de un flash apuntado, muchas veces segando la vista por momento si le veías directamente.

En esa ocasión, recuerdo encontrarnos con el escenario bastante iluminado, y estaban todas las puertas del teatro abiertas, dejando entrar a montones la luz del sol a horas de casi medio día.

No pasó mucho tiempo para que me viera afectado, y mientras cantábamos, no pude evitar que mis sensibles pupilas se dilataran y mis ojos se llenaran hasta rebosar de lágrimas, haciendome imposible impedir que cayeran y empaparan mi cara.

Terminé llorando a chorros durante casi todo el final de la pieza, y por cuestión del protocolo exigido no podía limpiar mi cara mientras estuviera frente al público, por lo que estuve obligado a disimular lo más que podía y esperar hasta salir del escenario. Algo bastante incómodo. 🥴🥴

Cuando por fin logramos retirarnos, mis compañeros notaron lo que me pasaba y preocupandose enseguida me preguntaron ¿Qué me ocurría? Y ¿por qué lloraba?

Cualquiera al verme podría imaginarse que algo me molestaba o dolía, o sólo deducir que la pieza me produjo nostalgia, pero ninguno era al caso.

Apenas pude secarme el rostro, respiré hondo y con algo de calma aclaré lo ocurrido. No era más que algo tonto de lo que no tuve control y me hizo sentir bastante avergonzado.

En fin, todo fue debido a no poder tolerar tanta iluminación de aquel lugar.

Una experiencia bastante fuera de lo normal ¿no creen?

Volviendo a la actualidad, y siguiendo con el tema de las altas temperaturas; éstas semanas han traído consigo al catire bien bravo, dirían por ahí...😅 Por ello decidí rodar mis horas de grabación hasta la noche mientras tanto.

Ha sido relajante, y me ha agradado porque el ambiente también se ha sentido a gusto y cómodo.

Days go by and stop making music is not something that is in my plans, at least not for now.

Today with all the desire I join the music festival and I say present in the 1st round of this edition.

I greet you from my little musical corner and send sincere wishes of peace and happiness to your days.

Singing always and almost all day is a natural habit for me, while I adapt again to the rhythm and resume the routine of sharing content with you and although little by little I keep rehearsing new themes and songs to interpret.

These weeks were full of hard work and chores to complete, so I will briefly tell you that I went camping with the boys from my church, without internet or available signal but with very good company, until 3 days ago I returned home, and I will tell you later a little about how it went.

For now I have seen the need to make some positive schedule changes and adjustments.

Emphasizing the time of recording, here in the city the temperature has risen a lot, making the heat intolerable. I read a few days ago that it is due to a heat wave that has come to visit. Believe me when I tell you that I don't like visits, and even less of this type hahahaha.

For these reasons, it has become tedious for me to take advantage of natural light when recording during the day, it has been a hot hell.

I don't know if it happens to them that the heat tires them, well, it does to me and not only that.

I have always had a certain visual sensitivity to excessive light, so much so that I remember with little pleasure an anecdote that happened to me last year during a concert with the city's Youth Choir.

As always, it used to be normal for there to be people recording and taking photos of the event, and as expected, every second we could perceive the incandescent flash of an aimed flash, many times blinding for a moment if you looked directly at it.

On that occasion, I remember finding the stage quite illuminated, and all the doors of the theater were open, letting in lots of sunlight at almost noon hours.

It didn't take long for it to affect me, and as we sang, it was inevitable to prevent my sensitive pupils from dilating and my eyes from filling to brim with tears, making it impossible for me to stop them from falling down and drenching my face.

I ended up crying profusely during almost the entire end of the piece, and due to the required protocol, I couldn't clean my face while I was in front of the audience, so I was forced to hide as much as I could and wait until I left the stage.

Something quite uncomfortable.

When we finally managed to retire, my colleagues noticed what was happening to me and, immediately worried, asked me, what was wrong with me?

And why was he crying Anyone seeing me could imagine that something bothered or hurt me, or only deduce that the piece made me nostalgic, but neither was the case.

I could barely dry my face, I took a deep breath and calmly clarified what had happened.

It was just something silly that I had no control over and it made me feel pretty embarrassed.

Anyway, it was all due to not being able to tolerate so much lighting from that place. Quite an unusual experience, don't you think?

Returning to the present, and continuing with the theme of high temperatures; these weeks have brought the catire very brave, they would say out there... 😅 That's why I decided to shoot my recording hours until the night in the meantime.

It has been relaxing, and I liked it because the environment has also felt comfortable and comfortable.
