    Today is International Yoga Day. For 3 years I have adapted yoga into my life. By doing Pranayam Yoga, I have succeeded in making my body absolutely healthy. Yoga is a medium through which the body can be kept healthy and active. By doing yoga every day, the body remains fit and fine. Yoga is the best way to avoid the coronavirus infection at this time. Yoga is very helpful in increasing the immunity system in our body. By doing yoga every day, our body is all protects from types of infections and diseases. Yoga has now become mandatory to keep oneself safe.
