Today I want to share with you how to make Banga soup.

If you are a Nigerian or visited Nigeria, bang a soup seems not to miss in a complete traditional Menu.

The southeastern region calls it Banga and it is eaten with starch.
The southern region calls it Atama soup or Atama Abak.

Atama is the name of the leaf, while Abak is the juice obtained from the fruit. Since its Main Component is the juice Extracted from the palm Fruit, I would call it Palm fruit Juice soup. This meal can be taken with any swallow such as eba fufu, semovita, etc.

La región sureste lo llama Banga y se come con almidón.

La región sur la llama sopa de Atama o Atama Abak.

Atama es el nombre de la hoja, mientras que Abak es el jugo que se obtiene del fruto. Dado que su componente principal es el jugo extraído de la fruta de la palma, lo llamaría sopa de jugo de fruta de palma. Esta comida se puede tomar con cualquier golondrina como eba fufu, semovita, etc.
