    About :

Recently, I got a new standing fan, and unfortunately, my old standing fan ended up breaking beyond repair due to some electrical voltage issues in our apartment building. Originally, I had planned to sell off any working parts and components from my damaged fan. However, I was unable to find a buyer interested in the spare parts before the fan needed to be discarded. Then, my friend asked if I had any parts to help fix up his old, worn-out fan. I decided to lend a hand in restoring it with some spare parts from my broken fan. I figured it was better if the components went towards a good cause rather than sitting unused at my home.

Although my LG fan had some different internal components, like the motor coils and rotating blade. I was able to upgrade several external pieces on his Ox fan. First, I swapped out the front grill cover to give it a fresher look. I also replaced some of the wiring that had frays or cracks. Additionally, I updated the rear cover and stand to ones from my fan to improve their appearance.

Some components, like the motor coils and blade assembly, differed in size or design between the fans, so I left those intact. Despite being unable to replace all the innards, my work on the outer housing gave my friend's outdated fan a much newer style. I shared a video showing how the overhaul leaves it looking revived. In the end, I kept any leftover usable parts for potential future tinkering.

It was satisfying to breathe new life into my friend's old fan with available materials instead of having them go unused. Even if functionality stays the same, small cosmetic updates can make worn items seem refreshed again. I was glad to put my spare parts to good purpose in improving his fan's longevity and looks.

To showcase the rejuvenation process, I proudly recorded a video displaying how improved his fan appeared post-makeover. By finding a constructive purpose for materials. I found satisfaction in utilizing my available resources to prolong the viable lifespan of another piece of equipment. In the end, even superficial transformations can still revive worn possessions and make them seem renewed. More importantly, I was grateful for the opportunity to employ my defunct fan’s lasting utility to assist my friend.
