Artificial Intelligence has the ability to really change the path of humanity. However, there is nothing that instills fear in people like this subject does. Hollywood films and Science Fiction books have really gotten people on edge.
In this video I discuss the current state of AI and how we are a long way from AGI. This means that we are still progressing at a rapid pace in terms of the capabilities yet there is little "intelligence" involved. It will increase our productivity a great deal which could equate to a huge economic impact.
