Some of you may know that I had a knee surgery almost 6 months ago, and ever since I've had to go to rehab to recover from all the muscle loss I suffered after not being able to walk for almost two months.
It's been a complicated path full of frustration and stress, but I am slowly getting to where I want to be.
I am no longer able to engage in high impact sports such as mountain bike or crossfit, but I am still able to do a lot!
