A Visit To Marriott Islamabad

26-04-2024..... I got chance to visit this elite class restaurant in Capital Territory of Pakistan. I didn't want to lose this opportunity to be there and to see what's inside this sparkling building which is famous, expensive and always under the high security.

Marriott Hotel, a well known hotel chains all over the World. Yes, we class mates and other fellows visited this hotel on Friday. I received a message from Department of English that they need 20 students who wanted to visit Marriot hotel and to attend conference there. I sent them 20 names but my name was not included in the list. But, on the day of arrival... I was inside the traveling bus. I couldn't stop my desire to go there. There were 40 other mates along with me on the way to Destination. Eager and excited, we headed towards Marriot to attend session.

On entrance, there was so much check and balance. The first thing which i noticed right after stepping into the hotel was different flags of different countries.

The exterior was homely and expensively decorated with designed trees and plants which were looking like cheery on the cake.

Plants and trees were nestled in cleaned white and black rocks. This was really beautiful thing. I wanted to just pick one or two stones. I did picked one stone hehehe.

On one side, A Beautiful Rickshaw with Truck inspired art was displayed which was successful in getting attention of visitors. Truck art and Rickshaw art is very famous in Pakistan and this art made recognition in other countries too.

It would not be wrong to call that day... A day full of vibrant colors. When i entered in the main area, beautiful flowers welcomed me in the hotel.

A white fish 🤍 🦈was enjoying in the aquarium. There were other tiny and little fishes too which were in competition with bigger ones for the survival of life.

Everyone who was there, may be for the first time, was capturing photos. There were three strangers who approached me with mobile in their hand. They requested me to capture their video with this aquarium.

To make a happy memory there... I requested my fellow to click my photo there.

There was an old and vintage red color Rolls-Royce that belongs to Quaid E Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, who was founder of Pakistan. After Quaid this Rolls-Royce came into use of other politicians and now it's installed here.

There were so many other restaurants and hotels inside the Marriott. Presentation was top-notch.Sitting area and decoration were calling me to enter inside but i didn't dare to enter inside, as i knew that it's only for elite class.

Red color theme and brown color bricks were mesmerized thing of this restaurant. A chef who was dressed in white color chef dress was the only person who was visible to me. Chairs and tables were on serving mode but only few people were there to enjoy food.

A waiter passed by me while he was carrying different kinds of cocktails and mocktails. I was seeing the dish with my wide open craved eyes. I retreated myself back and thought aboout myself.

The only thing which was free there was to take pictures and selfies which i proudly took. One mirror selfie... Sir please 😂.

Quietly, like no one was aware that i am walking in the main area without any pass, i started walking towards the rooms. I was happy from inside that i am walking like it's my own private villa. 😂

Seeing, observing and feeling the art with fingers was the very thing which i loved. This Artistic fusion increased the beauty of white walls.

I walked in the side of rooms where people were resting. Hush... A door was opened and a person was getting ready! But don't know where he was going. I was seeing people and their rooms like i am detective.

I could just praise and utter good words for these artistic expressions and paintings but a person who is artist knows the real worth of these art pieces.

I think, you should give me leverage to judge and write some words about this amazing portrait. A art which is dedicated to women carrying umbrella, may be, in the season of monsoon. Their movements in the art are sophisticated.

Owwww... I have explored maximum area and now i should go back to conference{ the main reason for which i was there}. Instead of attending conference, i did everything 😂.

My eyes were stunted only on chandeliers which were beautiful and glimmering with delightful lights. When conference came to it's end then we had refreshment. Yummy and delightful it was. I interacted with many new people.

It was time to go back home. Bus was waiting outside. Still you can watch video 😉 📸.
