HIVE OPEN MIC 127!

This week I am playing a legendary song from the early 2000s! Let me know if you know this song? The cahnces are, if you know it, you love it! I sure do!

Puddle of Mudd were awesome, I loved their album 'Come Clean' in 2001. Blurry and 'She Hates Me' are by far their biggest hits! You've all heard that song, She Hates Me, right? It is a classic! So many INCREDIBLE songs from the early 2000s! Why was that? Is it because it is my era, so I warm to these songs a lot more... it could be! Still, it was an amazing time for rock, metal and pop punk! Bands ruled the world! It is interesting as bands are not quite as 'huge' as they used to be. Pop music was always huge, as was rock, but it doesn't seem to have the presence it used to. That is my goal - to bring back ROCK!!! Who's with me?!

I must admit, I am not sure what 'Tevazu' means - could someone please enlighten me? I did do a few searches and was met with several different definitions :)

A few off notes on my vocals here, but hey, it was good fun! That is what music is about!:) I decided to bring the chorus down and have it as the chill section. Nothing to do with me not being able to hit those higher notes ;)

I will give a quick update on my arm - I am almost healed :) playing guitar doesn't hurt anymore! You know what that means? GUITAR SOLOS are coming back! Lots of them, and BIG ones! Any suggestions?

Over the next few days I will upload a live version of my song 'Rivers' and yes, it has a solo!
