What's going on?
Muslims are observing fast in this month of Ramadan. In iftar, we made several dishes in which "Pakoras" (fritter) are commonly made. Nowadays, I am at my home to enjoy this month with my loved ones. Today, I decided to make Pakoras and fruit cup.
Firstly, I will share the process of Fruit cup.
Then, I add half tea spoon of black pepper, chat masala, sugar and then, mix them.
After mixing them, I started to cut fruits.
I add up apples, bananas, guavas, dates, raisins and almonds in it. I love bananas in fruit cup and that's why I always add them more in numbers.
Now, my Fruit cup is ready. I put them in fridge.
That's the recipe of fruit cup. Now, i will share the recipe of Pakoras (fritters).
Then, I added gram flour, fenugreek, coriander seeds, salt , chat masala and mix them by adding Yogurt.
Further, I add oil in the pan, and fry pakoras in it.

These are the two dishes which I cooked today. I enjoyed alot while making them and after that real enjoyment lies in eating them.π
