Seventh Heaven, ain't that how they say it. xd. Its been seven amazing book discussion and we hope you join us for more. Hello wonderful people of the Hive book club community. Its really exciting for me to be writing this and sharing this with you guys. On the 25th of September we organized our first official book chat on our discord channel hosted by myself and @macchiata and we only just concluded the seventh. Thats really amazing, but we couldn't have done it without you guys.
Yesterday, 20th of November 2021 we had our seventh book chat. It was a fun session. Just couple of people having a casual chat, talking about books and stuff. You can join in.
Yesterday's topic was about What book was so good, you read at a go?
I mentioned Mario Puzo's Six graves to Munich.A very fine book, that you could read at any time of the day.
@notacinephile mentioned Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson. He made a very good point also, that you dont necessarily have to enjoy a book, or it being a good book for you to read it at a go.
@osarueseosato mentioned Jules Verne - war of worlds. and also a great book Frankenstein by Mary Shelley. One to look out for.
We also had @nonsowrites on the chat and he mentioned a masterpiece. 12 Rules of life by Jordan Peterson.
Like always, it was a very enjoyable session. Nothing formal, just a chilled random chat amongst booklovers. I'm still putting my bet on getting more people anyways. Thank you to you guys that Joined, much appreciated. Hope to get a better turnout this weekend. please do drop any topic you would like us to talk about or any feedback at all.
you can join through this discord link Do also invite your friends. There is a contest also get going on, lots of $hive to win. The winners of the contest would be announced before the bookchat, so join the discord. Till Saturday. cheers.
