Hello Hive Open Mic Community, Greetings to everyone.....I trust we all are doing good, and as always I'm super excited to share my entry for week #188. In line with this week's theme "Fly and Dream" as chosen by recent spotlight artist and my friend @yisusth , I'd be performing a song by American singer-songwriter and record producer "R. Kelly" called "I believe I can Fly". This song is about learning to reach the stars (reach your dreams) and he is talking about how he believes he can become something great. when he says he believes he can fly he is saying he believes he can go far in life and get where he wants to get.

i think that he is trying to say that as long as you believe in your self you can achieve anything even if it seems almost impossible. You just have to believe in yourself first, before people can start believing in you. You're your biggest fan, support system. Dream big, aim for the stars..You would definitely fly 😊.

The song won three Grammy awards and is unarguably R.Kelly's most successful single till date. Currently R.Kelly has been convicted on racketeering and sex offender charges but that doesn't take away from this well-written and motivational song, I do hope y'all enjoy my cover of this classic. So sorry I'm late, but it's better late than never 😉. See y'all next week 🥂.

Hola comunidad de Hive Open Mic, Saludos a todos... Confío en que a todos nos va bien y, como siempre, estoy muy emocionado de compartir mi entrada para la semana n.° 188. De acuerdo con el tema de esta semana "Fly and Dream", elegido recientemente por el artista destacado y mi amigo @yisusth, interpretaría una canción del cantautor y productor discográfico estadounidense "R. Kelly" llamada "I believe I can Fly". ".
Esta canción trata sobre aprender a alcanzar las estrellas (alcanzar tus sueños) y él habla de cómo cree que puede convertirse en algo grandioso. cuando dice que cree que puede volar, está diciendo que cree que puede llegar lejos en la vida y llegar a donde quiere llegar.

Creo que está tratando de decir que mientras creas en ti mismo puedes lograr cualquier cosa, incluso si parece casi imposible. Primero tienes que creer en ti mismo, antes de que la gente pueda empezar a creer en ti. Eres tu mayor fan, sistema de apoyo. Sueña en grande, apunta a las estrellas... Definitivamente volarías 😊.

La canción ganó tres premios Grammy y es sin duda el sencillo más exitoso de R.Kelly hasta la fecha. Actualmente, R.Kelly ha sido condenado por cargos de extorsión y delincuente sexual, pero eso no le quita valor a esta canción motivadora y bien escrita.
