Monday Minute - FootBrawls behind the cards!

Welcome to a new segment where I take a minute (or two) to share some of the creative process behind my new card game FootBrawls - Collect them Brawl!

Each card has it's own backstory and today I would like to share some background on the very first card from the FootBrawls Collection that I designed.

Introducing Coach Groovy!

Groovy's card was inspired by a good friend of mine who is always working out at the gym and helping others to train too.
I decided to make him the Coach for the Brawlers team and use his template as the basis for all cards in this collection.

His card is quite basic in design being the first card, but without Groovy this project wouldn't have got started so I decided to keep the original design intact to hopefully remind me of how far we have come in the future when I look back at some of the earlier cards.

The words Foot and Brawls are also featured on his card (the only card to date) with Foot being formed from his eyes and eyebrows and Brawls displayed on his Groovy Green Trunks!

As a Coach card he has maxed stats (36) and will be a Strength trainer in the final game.
