    Hi beautiful lovers of music🎵❤🎧
    I welcome you to the Hive Open Mic Week #212 with great pleasure

    I'm your lover girl @sessy, and I'm super excited to be here again this week..

    Our theme for this week is "POWER", so i will be performing a song by Monique titled "Power Flow"

    Monique is a Nigerian gospel musician, known for her unique voice and inspirational songs, the melody her voice adds to her songs is incredible.

    The song Power Flow was released in the year 2014, and has been topping charts ever since, so many people sing it in churches and gatherings.

    When i saw the theme for the week, which is "Power".. A particular song struck my mind, and i planned to perform that song. Mind you, as i was about to start recording, Power flow crossed my mind, so i switched to that..

    This song means inviting the Holy Spirit to come and dwell at that place where you are, could be your home, your office, the church, or even your life.

    We are know there's no power above the power of God, our God is Almighty and all powerful. And when His Power fills a place, you feel His presence, love and touch.

    And when you are filled with the power of the Holy Ghost, it means you are blessed. Even anointed men of God still pray for more anointing to be filled with His Power, how much more an ordinary girl like myself.
    I need God's anointing, i want to filled with His Power, so that i can face and overcome whatever what life throws at me, because He who stands firm in the Lord has the power to overcome anything.

    The Bible says, in the book of Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through Him who strengthens me..
    And Luke 10:19 says; Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.

    Also, the book of 2 Corinthians 12:9 says;
    But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

    I pray that the Power of Christ rest upon us all, and that God manifest His Power in our lives.

    I hope you enjoy this beautiful rendition.
