You have to be careful with sweet sour cream when you stir it so that you don't overdo it so that it doesn't turn into butter, but it also hardens, so don't make many mistakes even then.
Beat 4 eggs with 12 teaspoons of sugar. Steam for about 10 minutes. When you take off the steam, add 2 bags of cappuccino and 1 and a teaspoon of instant coffee. Whisk in 500ml of sweet sour cream and add the cooled cappuccino cream.
Divide 54 pcs of petit chocolate biscuits into 3 (3 * 18 pcs) for each row.
Arrange in a pan deeper or a tray the first row of petit that you dipped in heated milk to which you have added a teaspoon of nes coffee. Then a row of cream, a row of biscuits, a row of cream, a row of biscuits.
Place in the fridge to harden and garnish with icing or sweet sour cream on top.
