আমি ভাল আছি, আসা করি আপনারা সবাই ভাল আছেন।

আজ আমি @threespeak কে বাংলাতে আরেকটি ভিডিও পোস্ট দিলাম। জিম নিয়া বানাব এই ভিডিও আসা করি সবাই দেকবেন।

Today I will post a very very interesting post among you. করোনার এই সময় বাসায় থেকে থেকে শাররিক দিক থেকে অনেক ইস্থুলতা চলে এসেছে, এর জন্য অনেক সমস্যা দেখা দিয়াছে, তাই দুই ছেলে সহ জিম এ ভর্তি হলাম।আমাকে ৬ মাসের জন্য কিছু ব্যায়াম দিয়াছে যা আমি যদি করতে পারি তাহলে অবশ্যই আমি আমার শরীর থেকে অতিরিক্ত ওজন কমাতে পারব। "ইনশাআল্লাহ"

আমি চেসটা করব প্রতি সপ্তাহে আমি আমার জিম এর একটি আপডেট জানাতে।
