    Welcome back everyone to the #Creative-Sunday Community. My sister cooks a very delicious recipe called Chicken Chane. All of us in the family eat this recipe very fondly. I helped my sister in cooking this recipe. We had so much fun cooking it and also so much enjoy eating it. I will explain how to make this recipe in my blog

    Ingredients

    • Meat (Half kg)

    • White gram (250 gram)

    • Oil (100 gram)

    • Salt (1 tablespoon)

    • Red pepper (1 tablespoon)

    • Turmeric (Half tablespoon)

    • Green pepper (3 pieces)

    • Tomato (1 piece)

    • Onion (1 piece)

    • Garlic (1 piece)

    • Ginger

    • Flour (Half kg)

    • Curd (2 tablespoon)

    • Coriander

    Procedure

    First we will wash and clean the meat well and put it in a separate pot.

    After that we will prepare the spices in which we will cook the meat. We will peel the garlic and then we will peel the onion and cut it into small pieces.

    Now we will wash tomatoes, green chillies and ginger, peel and cut them. Then we will grind all these things in a machine and make a paste

    Now we will put this paste in a pot and keep it at a low flame. And add 100 gram of oil to it. Now we will add a tablespoon of crushed red pepper in it. Add a tablespoon of salt. And add half a tablespoon of turmeric. Fry it well. Fry it until it turns brown.

    When it gets brown then we will add meat to it. The meat can take about two hours to cook. If you want to cook it quickly, you can cook it in a pressure cooker. But it tastes better when cooked this way.

    When the meat is cooked well, then we will add soaked white gram in it. The chickpeas we soaked earlier

    Now we will add one liter of water and cook it well. And will dry this water so that it becomes thick. Cook it as thick as you want it to be.

    Now we will take it down from the fire and wash and cut the coriander well and add it and mix it well. Now this is our recipe ready

    Now We Know How to Make Puris

    We eat puris with this recipe. Making puris is quite easy. We will take half kg flour and sift it well. Add one tablespoon of salt and two tablespoons of curd. And by adding water we will knead it well.

    Then we will prepare small pieces of it and put oil on them. Now we will shape them into round bread and fry them in oil.

    When they swell and ripen, we will take them out. Similarly we will fry all the puris.

    Now our complete recipe is ready. This is my favorite because it contains white chickpeas. Apart from this, puris are also my favorite. Tell us how you like this recipe and you must try it once
