The previous post about episode 200 was the wrong video (facepalm). This is the correct one. Today, I investigate Friendship Asylum, a location that the A World of Pain mod added.

DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded after the Windows Fall Creators update that partially broke Fallout Stutter Remover. You may notice more stutters and instability when I travel through the map and play the game. This problem was solved only after the release of the F3TF (Fallout 3 Tick Fix).

00:34 - It's morning. I'm near the National Guard Depot. I'll go east.
01:42 - Discovering Friendship Asylum. It's a good idea to save the game before you enter the place.
02:31 - Entering the asylum. There's no going back now. Some areas here are really dark, and you can't see much in front of you.
03:13 - The Guard Office Door is locked.
03:25 - Door to the Void. I told you to save before.
04:04 - Going upstairs. A locker on the right requires a key.
04:13 - A Nuka Grenade, ammo, and a Nuka Cola Quantum.
04:35 - I know that Armored Vault Jumpsuit.
06:04 - Checking the next area. I tell the team to wait nearby while I check the room on the left.
06:51 - I open the door, and something happens.
07:55 - Enemies spawned near the entrance.
08:34 - The Cook is the first to go down. More enemies upstairs. Their bodies are disintegrated when they die.
09:55 - Looting the Undead Guard Supervisor. He has Mesmetro Power Cells.
11:10 - The Cook has the Entrance Master Key.
11:32 - Checking the local map. The Cell Block B door is locked.
12:26 - To the Guard Office door with the key.
12:55 - A first aid box in the lady's room.
13:07 - Possibly missed a note below the burned book and near the Abraxo Cleaner.
13:20 - The man's room is always the worst.
13:52 - Ammo on the open cabinet. Also, a Plasma Grenade and Rifle are on the floor.
14:18 - The Enclave Troopers Orders are on the desk with the Enclave helmet.
15:12 - Unlocking the door to Friendship Asylum Main Hallway.
15:26 - Ammo on the table.
15:41 - I turn left and meet Patient 800. We talk about this weird place.
17:58 - She has a key to a stash. I ask more things.
19:18 - There's another stash in Cell Block A.
19:39 - One more question. Wait, who is the other lost soul?
20:18 - I return to the entrance. First, an ammo box under the table.
21:01 - I go upstairs and open the locker with the key. The first locker has food items from AWOP. The second locker has ammo, Stealth Boys, and more.
21:39 - Back to the Asylum Main Hallway.
22:32 - I enter Cell Block A. Enemies on the cells to the right.
24:21 - Medical supplies in the small infirmary.
25:34 - Blood packs on the baby carriage. Explosive carriages fall from the ceiling. The Undead Guards were alerted.
25:55 - My eyes!
26:42 - I go to the cells to the right. I turn left and go east through the corridor. I kill the Undead Guard Supervisor. He has Mesmetron Power Cells.
28:12 - Lockpicking the cell doors. A cell with Patient 711 is to the right.
30:28 - Lockpicking more cells.
31:26 - The Nurse is in the area beyond the cells. The wall ruined my VATS kill.
33:03 - Inspecting the cells facing the other side.
34:15 - The next cell is blocked, and you can't see what is inside. The cell to the right is highly irradiated. I should've inspected it more closely.
36:01 - Lockpicking the cell with the birthday cake.
36:32 - Patient 697 is the cell to the right.
37:22 - The next cell can't be opened. A Ripper is on the floor.
37:35 - The last cells have some Psychos. The footlocker has chems or healing items and Strange Meat Pie.
38:25 - Stairs to the central area. Rigged baby carriages fall from the ceiling.
40:44 - Ammo in the trash bin.
41:07 - More rigged baby carriages fall on me.
42:09 - Ammo and first aid boxes.
43:42 - Inspecting the cells on the left side. More cell doors to lockpick.
45:09 - Cell with a non-rigged baby carriage. There's a mine in it.
46:15 - First aid box and a body with a stimpak on the cell with barbed wire.
49:10 - Weird cell.
49:28 - Heat marks reveal more Undead Guards on the upper floor near the entrance
50:04 - Lockpicking the last cell facing the central area. The Cell Block A Master Key was on the floor behind the skeleton. Also, a Stealth Boy on the bed.
50:55 - To the cells facing the opposite side. An Undead Guard patrols the corridor. The team fights some Undead Guards near the entrance (49:28).
52:05 - A grenade in one of the crates on the first cell. A Blood Pack and a Buffout on the floor.
52:28 - Second and fourth cells are blocked with garbage or debris.
53:03 - Unlocking the fifth cell with the key and killing to Undead Guards at the end of the corridor.
53:38 - The sixth and seventh cell doors.
54:16 - A footlocker under the bed of the eighth cell.
55:09 - Through the corridor and to the end of the area. I kill the remaining guards.
56:38 - Killing Patient 118. The Nurse has the Surgical Mask, the Doctor's Outfit, the Cell Block A Master Key, and the Recreation Room Key.
57:41 - I missed a mini-nuke on the crib.
57:47 - Patient 118 has a unique Railway Assault Rifle.
58:22 - Returning to the entrance.
01:01:25 - Going upstairs to Block A Washrooms.
