We all may be in different mood today. Some of you may be anticipating different things. As for me, I'm anticipating my convocation and most importantly, Christmas. I'm a huge fan of Christmas and it is my favorite time of the year. I love Christmas so much and I'm always making my preparations since November so I'd have enough money to flex during Christmas.
Since I'm in the Christmas mood, I decided to sing a song I led back then in my Secondary school days. The title of the song is beautiful stars of Bethlehem by Joe Jewell. When I led this song, I was battling with throat inflammation but I managed to sing. Right now, I'm also battling with throat inflammation but I'm still managing to sing and that's why it seem like I'm straining my voice. What a coincidence. Watch the video and I hope you enjoy it.
I'm sure it would not make sense to sing without giving you the lyrics. For those who may want to sing along, here is the lyrics.
*Oh beautiful stars of Bethlehem
Shining afar through shadow dim
Giving the light for those who longed have gone
And guiding the wise men on their way
Unto the place where Jesus laid
Beautiful stars of Bethlehem, shine on.
Oh beautiful stars, of Bethlehem
Shine upon us until thy glory done
Oh give us the light to light our way
Unto the place where Jesus laid
Beautiful stars of Bethlehem shine on.
Oh beautiful stars the hope of light
Guiding the pilgrims through the night
Over the mountains till the break of dawn
Into the light of perfect day
It will give out a lovely day
Beautiful stars of Bethlehem shine on.*
That's the lyrics. Watch, enjoy and feel free to rate me. I wish you all a happy Sunday and most importantly, happy creative Sunday.
