Today, as the skies threatened to snow throughout the morning & early afternoon, I decided to cozy up with some coffee on this Mindful Monday to talk about human nature & the evolving attitudes I have been witnessing more & more this year…

We all have been working on our own journeys & become much more aware of the harsh realities that life can dish out to us… first, the quarantines, then the world injustices & even the U.S. elections that have seemed to affect everyone….

We are tired, dazed & even, in some cases, have lost sight of each other...the human touch, the human connection & just plain caring...while this may not pertain to everyone, it does affect the vast majority of people….

When our energy tanks are running on empty, it can be hard to care about what’s going on in other people’s lives, let alone our own. But this is when we need to rise up, brush ourselves off & keep going...the world needs us more than ever…

In this video, I talk about the one simple thing we can do to change things around. It doesn’t take huge leaps & bounds, it just takes heart…. Take a look to see what you can do to take back your power. It may surprise you…. ;)
