Entering a New Year always has us thinking about setting new goals & resolutions, prioritizing things we have pushed to the back burner (esp. in 2020)...it is the perfect time to start with a clean slate & forge ahead on the aspects of our lives we want to tackle...

Then, a few days later, we may not do that step in order to move forward in those goals or we lose steam, then it's a vicious downhill slide to no action & discouragement. Resolutions are something that are wished but rarely ones set with actionable intention; thus the "failure" as we perceive in our own minds....

And THAT is the struggle - the mindset. But what if we approach goal setting in a different way & break out of the "cookie cutter" thinking...
