Sorprender a nuestro cuerpo, siempre es muy recomendable. Muchas veces realizamos actividades deportivas que nos encantan, pero en demasía, también se vuelven monótonos. Es por eso, que siempre intento realizar actividades deportivas, que me saquen de la zona de confort y si es con amigos, mucho mejor.

      José es un entrenador, que nos da clases gratuitamente, porque se incorporó al grupo del El Ciclón Ezeiza de ciclismo, y él cree que nos hace falta mejorar nuestro estado físico. ¡Razón no le falta!

      Nos lleva a un parque, donde en un sector está cubierto con arena y es ahí, donde él considera que debemos entrenar. Estamos en una edad, donde debemos cuidarnos de no lesionarnos, pero cuando se trata de divertirse, todo fluye mejor.

      Como siempre digo, es muy importante ponernos en movimiento, pero creo que debemos disfrutar del proceso. Esos momentos, donde te sientes un niño y te ríes de nimiedades, es necesario para llevar un estilo de vida saludable.
Os recomiendo que salgamos de nuestra zona de confort y pongámonos en movimiento y dejar que todo fluya y que nada influya.
