    Hola estimados amigos de #foodiesbeehive, feliz inicio de semana. Hoy Les traigo una receta deliciosa y plato típico del estado portuguesa: guiso de lapa (contiene: arroz, caraotas negras, lapa guisada y tajada); este roedor que habita en las zonas de bosques tropicales y se alimenta de vegetales, adorna las mesas de los hogares del occidente de Venezuela en su presentación de guiso y ha trascendido formando parte de la gastronomía del país.

Today I bring you a delicious recipe and typical dish of the Portuguese state: guiso de lapa (contains: rice, black beans, lapa guisada and tajada); this rodent that lives in tropical forest areas and feeds on vegetables, adorns the tables of the homes of western Venezuela in its stew presentation and has transcended forming part of the country's gastronomy.

    Ingredientes:

    ✅Pieza de lapa
    ✅Cebolla
    ✅Cebollin
    ✅Berenjena
    ✅Aji
    ✅Ajo
    ✅Aceite
    ✅ Sal y orégano al gusto.

    ✅Aji
    ✅Garlic
    ✅Oil
    ✅ Salt and oregano to taste.
