VIBES WEB 3 MUSIC COMPETITION WEEK 3 - "OBSESSION" ORIGINAL SONG (GUITAR + VOICE)

Music is like an element. It depends on the avatar you want to become to be able to bend it according to what you want. According to my little knowledge too, music is a form of art which can be communicated as a sound to the heart of men. Last week, I was insired to write a song based on the hardship and pain in Nigeria as a nation and also the impact of parents to the situation.
Three days ago, I had a discussion with one of my friend on hive and she asked me if I had already come up with something for this week, My response was no!
This was because as at then, nothing was moving in my head musically until yesterday.

In the university where I school here, there is this friend of mine who happens to be part of our reading crew. He's a very intelligent guy and we call him "prof" because of how intelligent he is.
There is a weakness he has... loving so hard to the extent that we all see it now as obsession.
His ex (they still happen to be together) cheated on him with another man and He got to know about it, He forgave her and she repeated it with the same man.
At that point we as his friend advised him to let go of the girl, but all our efforts proved futile.
He confessed about how obssessed he is with her and how much he would want the relationship to work back. That was the whole idea I had in my head that gave me a good inspiration to write this original that I titled "obssession"...
Dear family, what will your advice be to my friend?

La música es como un elemento. Depende del avatar en el que quieras convertirte para poder doblarlo según lo que quieras. Según mis pocos conocimientos, la música es una forma de arte que puede comunicarse como un sonido al corazón de los hombres. La semana pasada, me pidieron que escribiera una canción basada en las dificultades y el dolor en Nigeria como nación y también en el impacto de los padres en la situación.
Hace tres días, tuve una conversación con una de mis amigas sobre Hive y ella me preguntó si ya se me había ocurrido algo para esta semana. ¡Mi respuesta fue no!
Esto se debe a que hasta ayer nada se movía musicalmente en mi cabeza.

En la universidad donde estudio aquí, hay un amigo mío que resulta ser parte de nuestro equipo de lectura. Es un tipo muy inteligente y lo llamamos "prof" por lo inteligente que es.
Hay una debilidad que tiene... amar tanto que ahora todos lo vemos como una obsesión.
Su ex (todavía están juntos) lo engañó con otro hombre y él se enteró, la perdonó y ella lo repitió con el mismo hombre.
En ese momento nosotros, como amigo suyo, le aconsejamos que soltara a la niña, pero todos nuestros esfuerzos resultaron inútiles.
Confesó lo obsesionado que está con ella y cuánto le gustaría que la relación volviera a funcionar. Esa fue toda la idea que tenía en mi cabeza la que me dio una buena inspiración para escribir este original que titulé "obsesión"...
