Hello everyone,

The Newbies Initiative is proud to begin her first task for the Second Edition of the program this year 2023, in which we covered "Setting Goals On Hive for the Next 3 Month".

This tutorial was addressed by @starstrings01 in which he taught how to set goals on Hive, its importance and how to get those goals achieved.

The video above is a recorded video of the tutorial that took place yesterday which was enlightening, motivating and inspiring.

Now, let's move to the tasks the newbies have to answer for this topic:

Hola a todos,

La Iniciativa Newbies se enorgullece en comenzar su primera tarea para la Segunda Edición del programa de este año 2023, en la cual tratamos "Estableciendo Metas en Hive para los Próximos 3 Meses".

Este tutorial fue abordado por @starstrings01 en el cual enseño como establecer metas en Hive, su importancia y como conseguir alcanzar esas metas.

El vídeo de arriba es un vídeo grabado del tutorial que tuvo lugar ayer y que fue esclarecedor, motivador e inspirador.

Ahora, pasemos a las tareas que los novatos tienen que responder para este tema:

NEWBIES TASKS

One of the reasons for setting goals is to develop a clear path, aim, and direction toward personal growth. This is why this task comes first before every other task.

Here are the questions for the Newbies of the Program to answer:

Who is your partner for this week?
From the discussions you made with your partner over this topic, what points did you your partner contribute?
What point did you contribute to the discussion?
From the meeting you had yesterday, what points stood out for you?
From the tutorial on making and setting your goals, set out your Hive goals for the next 3 months and how you plan to attain these goals.

NUEVAS TAREAS

Una de las razones para establecer metas es desarrollar un camino claro, un objetivo y una dirección hacia el crecimiento personal. Esta es la razón por la que esta tarea es la primera antes de cualquier otra tarea.

Aquí están las preguntas para que respondan los Novatos del Programa:

¿Quién es tu compañero para esta semana?
De las discusiones que tuvo con su compañero sobre este tema, ¿qué puntos aportó su compañero?
¿Qué puntos aportaste tú a la discusión?
De la reunión que tuviste ayer, ¿qué puntos destacaron para ti?
A partir del tutorial sobre elaboración y fijación de objetivos, establece tus objetivos para los próximos 3 meses y cómo piensas alcanzarlos.

Below are the members of the initiative and their various teams. Follow the following instructions for your task.

Make your thumbnail an Original photo, and try out designing a thumbnail for your post using Canva.
Your post should not be less than 500 words.
Answer all questions...
Use the tag "#nbtask1" as one of your first 5 tags.
Share your entry as a link to this post and tag your team leader.
Share your entry on Leothreads and use the tags #nbtask1 and #newbieshive.
Engage on posts and threads of other authors.
The title of your first task should begin with Newbies Task 1 then with any other title you think that best fits your post.

Note: The deadline for this task is Oct 7th.
