Transcript: Look for where it reduces friction I mean I've done this even with paper I'll give you an example I gave warranty work for a major manufacturer and we had people walking in across bringing their broken printer and we would fix them and it was pop pop do this it takes 10 minutes but we couldn't do them at while they waited we had to get our crew together in the parts and what not like that and we were having a real bottleneck cause all of these machines looked exactly alike we put in a little bit of paperwork and a spreadsheet we reduce the looking for a machine time it's embarrassing when somebody walks in it's a I would like to have my machine as I look at plenty of them I can't feel the difference so we started putting a label on machine and you know using the serial numbers in the database we invented a little system to do that I've always thought about this how by reducing the friction people started spending money our person taking the input and filling out the form could then say you want to get ink for your printer? and then most of them would say, well yes if it needs it I'll pay for the ink we didn't have to get pre-approval for that it was phone calls back and forth and hassle ever since that I've always looked at all business problems as where can I to get more efficient optimization is all about reducing the friction start applying everything you can to where KOY is going to be able to reduce your friction and future find many more than I will because I don't know any particular business but that's how I would be advising small business today.
