    Hola amigos de hive y en especial de la comunidad de FullDeportes. Quiero compartir mi rutina de bailoterapia que realicé el día miércoles, con mi grupo de bailoterapia "Salud, Bella y Alegría", espero que la disfruten.

    Esta rutina nos puso aprueba la resistencia y coordinación, los ejercicios a realizar, en su mayoría eran de mucha coordinación y requerían mantenerte enfocado en ellos, si no perdías el ritmo de inmediato, como no quería eso, debía mantenerme enfocada; además de requerir resistencia, debido a que realizamos varios ejercicios seguidos uno de otro, por lo cual se puso a prueba mi resistencia, mis piernas y brazos ardían de potencia pura😅💪🦵🥵🔥🔥🔥.

    This routine put us endurance and coordination to the test, the exercises to be performed, most of them were very coordinated and required you to stay focused on them, if you didn't lose the rhythm immediately, as I didn't want that, I had to stay focused; besides requiring endurance, because we performed several exercises one after the other, so my resistance was put to the test, my legs and arms were burning with pure power😅💪🦵🥵🔥🔥🔥.

    Aproximadamente, en este primer set de la rutina, realizamos un total de 30 ejercicios, con variación en las repeticiones por cada ejercicio entre 10 a 30 repeticiones. Los tiempos en descanso, pero en continuo movimiento, eran de 30 a 40 segundos (30''-40'') y un descanso para hidratación en este primer set de 5 minutos, en total, ese día se hicieron los 3 respectivos sets, cada uno aproximadamente de media hora.

    Como siempre, disfrutando de cada rutina con la mejor actitud posible, esta jornada estuvo extraordinaria, cada vez nos queda claro que podemos con esto y más.

    Hoy, voy en calidad de apoyo al reto del Gym Diomicio Rondón, junto las 6 compañeras para darle apoyo moral en el reto, según nuestro instructor, la actividad tiene muchas sorpresas, entre ellas una bailoterapia muy dinámica, después les cuento cómo nos fue.
