Today I will give you an idea about a modern villa.
The animation video you see above is also a modern villa. This design is made by me. You can understand the details of this villa by looking at the picture below.
I used #sketch sub 2019 to create this design. Sketchup is a 3D design software. I use this software for this kind of work. Below I will try to explain to you about the modern villa step by step.
A villa is a type of house that is originally an upper-class country house. ... In modern parlance, "villa" can refer to various types and sizes of residences, ranging from the suburban semi-detached double villa to residences in the urban interface.Villa is a house where people can live a comfortable life. It is not like our ordinary residential house where it is very expensive and sophisticated. And in such a place, everything like your comfort will be arranged. Such houses are 2 storey or 3 storey or 1 storey.The design I made is usually done for a night out on the sea or in a secluded area. Moreover, such villas are built to convey the amount of wealth you have here, or your nobility. And these villas have to have a touch of nature. You will have a large garden or hatchery inside or outside your villa.The cost of building these villas is much higher than residential buildings. It can take about 6 to 7 years to build a luxury villa. A villa can be your biggest investment. The price of a villa can be a lot. And with the price of a villa in one of the special places, you can buy a few residential buildings.

Now let me tell you a little bit about my design.
I hope the above description gives you a good idea about a modern villa. I have explained what a modern villa is, why it is made, how much it costs, how many types it is.
The well I designed is a 1-story modern villa. I have said before that these are usually made by the sea, or in secluded areas or in a valley. Where you can live or spend time independently. The villa design I made is U-shaped.I made it U-shaped because it allows you to take advantage of your land. And if you have this villa in a valley or on the beach, you can enjoy the environment from the front. In addition, you can have a small garden or swimming pool in the middle of your villa. I of course put up with a tree. I gave it to show it nicely or to make the villa visible.

when you entered the villa from the gate, I put the kitchen in front, the sitting room on the right side and the bed room on the left side. I did these things as I wished. I have a huge car parking area in front of the villa. The road in front of him. You can park your car in front of the house and enter the villa to rest. From the rest room you can go to the dining table and after the meal, if you wish, you can go to bed and watch TV with it. I have closed the front of the rooms with glass so that you can see the outside environment at night. You can use the inner passage to get from one room to another, and each room has a separate door, so you can enter the room from there.Like the wave on the right side of the door, it is placed just to show the architectural beauty.
