After this little trip to the countryside, my perception of the people who work the land changed.

How much effort, care, sacrifice and fatigue there is behind every fruit or vegetable we buy at the market...

Putting ourselves one day in the shoes of our friends helped us to appreciate even more these noble and hard-working people of the countryside.

It is not easy to walk more than 30 km a day with weight on your shoulders to bring sustenance to your home, and yet many people in this area do it.

Aside from the visual enjoyment and sweetening of the palate, this day taught us valuable lessons, along with a dose of empathy.
