Hoy te cuento la historia de un hombre que cada mañana, se enfrentaba a su reflejo en el espejo, una batalla interna sin tregua contra los pensamientos negativos que lo asediaban.

Su rostro reflejaba el peso de la duda y la inseguridad que lo habían consumido durante demasiado tiempo. Pero en ese día soleado, algo cambió en su mirada.

Decidió mirarse a los ojos y desafiar a su propio reflejo. Con voz firme, le susurró a sí mismo: "Eres capaz, mereces ser feliz". Aquellas palabras resonaron en lo más profundo de su ser, como un eco liberador.

Este seria su propósito, un motivo que dio origen a su momento de superación, y es que esto es una prueba de que con tan solo tener la voluntad, las ganas de poder hacer algo, nosotros podemos salir adelante.

Es nuestra responsabilidad el crear un ambiente positivo, y muchas veces nos encerramos en los pensamientos de que no nos es posible salir adelante, pero debemos detenernos por unos minutos a analizar que esos obstáculos son los que nos van a permitir sacar a flotes todos esos momentos de superación.

En mi video yo te relato como este hombre mirándose al espejo encontró la fuerza necesaria para salir adelante, que esto se volvió su motivación para darle pie a todo un bienestar que desde ese preciso momento lo envolvió.

Y es que cuando nosotros tomamos la decisión en nuestras vidas de rodearnos de buenas vibras, del éxito, las cosas mejoran, y es precisamente donde emergen como magia estos momentos de superación que tanta influencia tienen en nuestras vidas.

Cada quien atesora sus momentos, seguro tu tienes los tuyos, a mi me encantaría que me los compartieras en los comentarios, yo por ahora te cuento que uno de mis mas recientes momentos ha sido cuando por fin encontré la forma de lograr transferir archivos de mi teléfono al oc sin necesidad de conectar un cable entre ambos, sino a través de mi router, y aunque esto pareciese ser algo sencillo, es una tarea que requiere de un nivel técnico de usuarios avanzados, que por supuesto yo lo tengo, y aun así me costo lograrlo.

Pero al concluirlo, sentí una gran satisfacción, así que yo cuento esto como un momento de superación, porque logre escalar una dificultad técnica que antes no sabia como resolver.

Y así son las cosas en la vida, todo tiene su reto. Espero que este pequeño micro relato te inspire a superar cualquier obstáculo que tengas presente en tu vida.

This would be his purpose, a reason that gave rise to his moment of improvement, and this is proof that just by having the will, the desire to be able to do something, we can get ahead.

It is our responsibility to create a positive environment, and many times we lock ourselves in the thoughts that it is not possible for us to move forward, but we must stop for a few minutes to analyze that these obstacles are what will allow us to bring out all those moments. of improvement.

In my video I tell you how this man looking in the mirror found the necessary strength to move forward, that this became his motivation to give rise to a whole well-being that from that precise moment enveloped him.

And it is that when we make the decision in our lives to surround ourselves with good vibes, with success, things improve, and it is precisely where these moments of improvement that have so much influence on our lives emerge like magic.

Everyone treasures their moments, surely you have yours, I would love for you to share them with me in the comments, for now I will tell you that one of my most recent moments has been when I finally found a way to transfer files from me phone to the oc without having to connect a cable between both, but through my router, and although this seems to be something simple, it is a task that requires a technical level of advanced users, which of course I have, and even so It cost me to achieve it.

But when I finished it, I felt great satisfaction, so I count this as a moment of improvement, because I managed to escalate a technical difficulty that I previously didn't know how to solve.
