Hello my dear friends, today I want to share with you a beautiful project that you can use to decorate any space in your home, it is a beautiful paper roses, and although they look beautiful and very complicated, they are actually quite easy to make, they can be used to decorate our room, or to give to friends and family, even I think it could also serve to decorate the Christmas tree, the result would be wonderful, I think it would help to give a lot of life.

Hola mis queridos amigos, hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un precioso proyecto que les puede servir para decorar cualquier espacio en su hogar, se trata de unas bellísimas rosas de papel, y aunque se ven hermosas y muy complicadas, en realidad son bastante fáciles de elaborar, se pueden usar para adornar nuestra habitación, o para obsequiarle a amigos y familiares, incluso pienso que también podría servir para adornar el árbol de navidad, el resultado sería maravilloso, creo que ayudaría a darle mucha vida.

There are many ways to make paper roses, however I chose the simplest one, you can also add stems or leaves if you like or have a lot of time to invest in this project, but you can leave them as they are because they look equally beautiful, you can also paint them in any colour or you could leave them white, in my case I applied a bit of make up blush to give them a little more nuance and naturalness, I think they look better that way although in the video you can't see them as much as they look live and direct.

Hay muchas formas de elaborar rosas de papel, sin embargo yo elegí la más sencilla, también puedes añadir tallos u hojas si es de tu agrado o tienes mucho tiempo para invertir en este proyecto, pero puedes dejarlas tal cual porque se ven igualmente preciosas, también puedes pintarlas de cualquier color o podrías dejarlas blancas, en mi caso yo apliqué un poco de rubor de maquillaje para darles un poco más de matiz y naturalidad, creo que se ven mejor de esa forma aunque en el video no se aprecia tanto como se ven en vivo y en directo.

You will actually need very few materials such as a sheet of paper, scissors, white glue, make-up blush or paints (although this is optional), a wooden stick, a ruler and a pencil, that's all. You don't need to get too complicated with a lot of materials, even if you want to add stems or leaves.

En realidad necesitarás muy pocos materiales como una hoja de papel, tijeras, pegamento blanco, rubor de maquillaje o pinturas (aunque esto es opcional) un palito de madera, una regla y un lápiz, eso es todo. No es necesario complicarse demasiado con muchos materiales, incluso si deseas añadirles tallos u hojas.

You just have to draw three squares with the size you want, in my case I made them 5cm by 5cm because I wanted a small rose, but you can give them the dimensions you want, the bigger the squares are the bigger the flowers will be, then you have to cut them, then you have to fold the corners three times before drawing a semicircle, this semicircle you also have to cut it and in this way you will get several petals. The next steps are really simple, you have to take the three figures, cut out one petal from the first one, two petals from the second one and three from the third one, then you have to shape them with the wooden stick and finally glue the petals as you can see in the video (in a more specific and detailed way).

Solo se trata de dibujar tres cuadrados con la medida que desees, en mi caso yo los hice de 5cm por 5cm ya que yo quería una rosa pequeña, pero pueden darles las dimensiones que ustedes deseen, mientras más grandes sean los cuadrados más grandes serán las flores, luego debes recortarlos, después debemos doblar las esquinas unas tres veces antes de dibujar un semicírculo, este semicírculo también debes recortarlo y de esta forma obtendremos varios pétalos. Los siguientes pasos son realmente sencillos, se trata de tomar las tres figuras, recortar un pétalo de la primera, dos pétalos de la segunda y tres de la tercera, luego debemos darles formas con el palito de madera y finalmente pegamos los pétalos tal y como se aprecia en el video (de forma más específica y detallada).

In my case this activity helps me to clear my mind and de-stress, doing manual activities can even serve as therapy, but you can also earn money doing something that you like so much, in fact on one occasion I earned some extra money making these flowers because one of my neighbours asked me to make some for Mother's Day last year, I really enjoyed this activity and the best thing was that she was very satisfied with the result, I made them in different colours: white, yellow, red, orange and pink.

En mi caso esta actividad me ayuda a despejar la mente y a desestresarme, hacer actividades manuales incluso puede servir como terapia, pero además puedes ganar dinero haciendo algo que tanto te gusta, de hecho en una ocasión obtuve un dinero extra elaborando estas flores ya que una de mis vecinas me encargó varias para el día de las madres del año pasado, disfruté muchísimo con esa actividad y lo mejor de todo fue que ella quedó bastante satisfecha con el resultado, las hice de varios colores: blancas, amarillas, rojas, naranja y rosadas.
