Hello, Afritunes and lovers of Afro.oriented jamz! I greet and welcome you all to this year's episode of this beautiful event. Before I say anything further, Let me, although a bit early, seize this opportunity to wish you a very merry Christmas as the Spanish people would say, Feliz Navidad!

It is indeed a season of joy. Kudos to the moderation team of Afritunes for coming up with this beautiful initiative and space for musicians to musically express their joy of this season. It is quite genius on your part and I personally applaud you and at the same time,we encourage you gys to keep walking towards the big Goal.

when I saw the theme of this week being Afri-Christmas, I was suddenly elated because I knew that finally, I will make a Christmas medly. the thing is that I have been trying to make a concise Christmas medley but for some reason, I keep putting it off. Now the big opportunity is here and there is no missing it.

Therefore, In the spirit of the season, I have decided to make a concise and Afro-oriented medley of the Christmas songs that I enjoy the most. I used an afrobeat backing track to record afro percussive background chords and then complemented it with the melody.
