    About :

The days are shorter with a sunset of 4:22 PM. The feeble light cannot keep the cold at bay. Some birds congregate near the shore, where the ocean water and the breezes blowing from the Pacific provide some warmth, comfort, and nutrients.

The video shows a beach on the southwest corner of Stanley Park area in Vancouver, British Columbia. It was windy day when I took the video with my Pixel 7.

A few other random sightings shown below, I took with my Olympus camera.

It's difficult to tell from the photograph, but there are also some birds on the water that kind of look like buffleheads up close, but I am not sure

Why does it seem that crows are always up to something? Other birds seem to repeat a given repertoire of behaviors, but crows are different kinds of bird, and one never knows what they're up to. No wonder their cousins creeped out Edgar Allen Poe.
