S.M.A.R.T. Goals Aren't For You? -- Build a Consistency Chain Instead

Awhile back I was on a webinar where the authors of a book called Consistency is the New Currency were guests. George Campbell and Jim Packard are their names. The book was easy to get a hold of then. I just looked it up on Amazon and it is around 100 dollars right now. It's a really good book but come on now.
The idea behind it is for people who, like me, have trouble sticking to S.M.A.R.T. Goals to find one area in their lives they want to improve and work on it everyday for a set amount of time.
It was awesome to find out that I am not the only person who doesn't get S.M.A.R.T. goals. Okay, I get it on some level. I just don't stick to them.
