Spent the Morning at the Tax Office Listening to Voicemails

My cousin's tax office was closed over the holidays and they are just getting back to work.
In the meantime people were calling with tax questions and wanting to know if he is taking on new clients
There were over 50 voicemail messages from 12/21 until today. Wow
Some of them were really long and I could not rely on the AI transcription. I had to listen to them and write down the
most important information.
When I got back here I had some lunch and decompressed for awhile and then did my livestream for which I uploaded the replay here.
