    Tracking Client Data in business is one of the best and fastest ways to grow a small business. Period. ❓Do you track client details and activities?

    Everyone has that messy drawer where we throw random stuff never to see the light of day.
    Not tracking vital client activity can be the same type of mess.

    Many business owners don't have a database or a CRM system (client relationship management).
    And if they do, sometimes they don't maximize all the features and reporting it provides.

    This could hinder performance and/or growth if we're not tracking metrics or accurately tracking metrics.

    🎯 Goal: Spreadsheets are not the answer when it comes to tracking clients and their investment in our products/services.

    Invest in a proper CRM. If you already have a CRM, spend some time and clean up old, outdated data such as unsubscribed clients. Categorize them accordingly.
